| In early 2009, myself and fellow marketing student Stephen Hewlett set out to assist our friend, Emily Dean, in her campaign to become the university’s ‘Raise and Give’ (RAG) officer. Emily, a first year, was up against a much better known second year candidate. We knew it was an up hill struggle, so we had to fight against this by putting advertising for Emily all over the two University campuses. With a time limit of only 3 days. and a budget of £15, we helped Emily win the election.
